This report presents a state-by-state analysis of children's and adolescents' access to health insurance and health care, including how that has changed since the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) was introduced. The report comprises a series of six tables containing information including: the number of children and adolescents ever enrolled in SCHIP; the percentage of children through age 17 not receiving any medical care; and the percentage of children and adolescents through age 18 without health insurance coverage by race and ethnicity.
