This monograph presents findings from a review of various cultural competence assessment tools designed to be used specifically at an organizational level. The review focuses on how assessment tools make cultural competence operational for mental health services. These protocols can be used to measure factors that lead to cultural competence in organizations, especially those associated with increasing service accessibility for racially/ethnically diverse children with serious emotional/behavioral disorders and their families.
