Northwest Somali Community Center (NWSCC)

NWSCC is a Somali community organization that coordinates direct services such as homelessness prevention, resettlement counseling, and referrals to other social service organizations for Somali refugees and community members. The organization has a council to facilitate dialogue and to act as a resource group for community members and leaders of several Somali community organizations. The Northwest Somali Community Center also manages an E-Group for quick email communication among the council members, serving as a central distribution site of messages between community leaders.
