Learning, Teaching, and Leading in Healthy School Communities

This brief discusses the critical influence and role of the principal in organizing and leading the change process in the school community. The report identifies nine levers of change that allow for the initiation and implementation of best practice and policy for improving school health. It also provides recommendations for school sites wishing to initiate and sustain meaningful school change and school improvement.
