This guidebook, written, edited, and published the Federal Communicators Network, a network of over 700 members who are involved in disseminating information within and outside the government, offers some general guidance for federal, state, regional, and local communicators. It considers the latest communication trends (such as distance learning and new digital technologies); working with the media and the Internet; planning communications; and product marketing.
