It collaborates with existing training and technical assistance centers to ensure implementation and sustainability of practices at the local level and promotes a comprehensive, responsive, and culturally competent approach. It identifies training needs and preferences for local programs, technical assistance and training providers, and it disseminates evidence-based practices.
