Collective Impact: The Conditions for Collective Success
Two Project Directors from the 2007 cohort reflect on their experiences with the SS/HS initiative and their journeys to create systems that bring stakeholders together to achieve common outcomes. They facilitate a conversation to illustrate how collective impact differs from the traditional concept of collaboration and describes the conditions necessary for collective success.
