National Center for Mental Health Promotion and Youth Violence Prevention In six member teams, FY 2009 SS/HS Project Directors and Partners work to complete the next step of the Leading for Change process: Building a Shared Vision on your SSHS Foundation. Teams are approved by Federal Project Officers and include the SS/HS Project Director, school district personnel, and mental health, law enforcement, and juvenile justice partners who hold key leadership positions and are integral to the success of the SS/HS Initiative.
