Date/Time (ET):
February 23, 2011 - 2:00pm - 3:30pm

This event features a National Public Radio-style interview and PD discussion with Matt Ryerson (Vice President, United Way and former TAS/legal analyst, EDC), followed by an opportunity to discuss state bullying prevention laws from the perspectives of school level implementation as well as administrative negligence avoidance, and how both apply to your own project.

  • Be aware of the details and implications of your state bullying prevention laws
  • Understand the duty or standard of care recognized by your state, recognize a breach of that standard, and know the consequences of such a breach
