This Webinar focuses on practical strategies for harnessing existing assets within rural communities.  Presenters discuss the importance of integrating family-driven and youth-guided approaches into the delivery of services and programs in order to identify and maximize community assets.  The Webinar highlights the wraparound/advocacy model utilized by Youth Advocate Programs, Inc., in working with cross-system involved youth and families in upstate New York locations, including a tribal community.
