Back by popular demand, Shonna Moore (SS/HS PD for Cherokee County, NC) picks up where her Budgeting Best Practices session, presented at the PD Consortia Meeting back in August, left off. Shonna covers basic and best practices for financial tracking and record keeping and then delves deeper into the accounting software and spreadsheet process. She demonstrates how, using mid-level accounting software, she has been able to create monthly reporting process that delivers the kind of information and data required by Federal Project Officers.
