The Work of Leadership
The article is a prescriptive account describing how leaders can handle what many regard as their most important responsibility, the managing of change. Here referred to as “adaptive challenge”, this is perhaps a specific and crucial area of the change process. It is about the locus of responsibility shifting to the employees in a company where an adaptive change is required, and how the leader can help facilitate this.
