Review Guidelines: Program Evaluation

These guidelines present at once a communications guide and a method of program evaluation. They aim to help service providers determine the clarity and cultural fit of prospective service material with the community to be served and provide an easy-to-use mechanism to review the level of cultural competence achieved by communication materials.
