To be eligible for a grant, the organization or institution, as well as the purpose of the proposed project, must qualify under regulations of the United States Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) organization.
The goal of youth and education programming is to support healthy infant, child, and youth development by mobilizing, strengthening, and aligning systems that affect children's learning.
