June 24, 2011 Since 1996, projects funded by the Street Outreach Program have provided services to youth living on the streets and in unstable situations. These projects aim to increase young people’s safety, well-being, and self-sufficiency, and to help them build permanent connections with caring adults, with the goal of getting them off the streets.
