Child Welfare -- Education System Collaborations to Increase Educational Stability

The purpose of this FOA is to build collaborations between child welfare systems and Education systems to increase the educational stability of children in or at risk of entering the child welfare system. Child welfare systems may identify the neighborhoods or school districts that serve the highest number of children involved in the child welfare system, and develop collaborative policies, procedures, and programs that will increase the educational stability and school success for those children, particularly those aged 10-17 years.
