Evaluation for Program Implementation and Management

Date:
January 14, 2010 - 4:15pm - 5:15pm
Presenter(s):
Alan Stein-Seroussi

This session focuses on the Project Accomplishment Database (PAD) being used in three North Carolina SS/HS sites to measure project-related outcomes and processes. The PAD is a Web-based tool that the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation developed to allow Project Directors and staff memebers to document all major project activities and milestones. The tool is designed to help Project Directors keep track of and manage the many facets of this project and meet Federal reporting requirements. It also allows the evaluation team to assess the "dosage" of project activity, thus providing insight into project-related outcomes.
