From Initial Implementation to Sustainability

Participants were introduced to the science of Implementation and its practical applications to Project LAUNCH. The session entailed a presentation, interactivity activities, and opportunities for reflection. Topics included: discriminating between science of EBPs and science of implementation; wearing the implementation head set; working within implementation frameworks; linking infrastructure to policy-enhanced practice and practice-informed policy; implementation stages: the right work with the right people; implementation drivers (organizational, competency, leadership) and best practices.
