Project LAUNCH Federal Staff The meeting is an opportunity for grantees explore important Project LAUNCH topics, such as financing and sustainability, strategies for implementation, and the importance of collaboration between the state and local initiatives. This meeting provides a chance for Cohort 1 and 2 grantees to meet one another, as well as Federal , Cross-Site Evaluation, and TA staff.
