During this training meeting each site's team engaged in activities aimed at:
- Strengthening its leadership for systemic change
- Making decisions based upon an understanding of the change process
- Recognizing and addressing the challenges in change initiatives
- Understanding what successful change would look like in your community
- Building expertise in program implementation
- Linking successful implementation to systems change and sustainability
