Leadership Academy to Address Disparities in Mental Health Care

The Leadership Academy is an intensive course of study comprised of 3 months of preparatory activities and a four-day residential learning experience. Participants will be guided through a variety of learning opportunities that engage multiple learning styles. These opportunities include: webinars, peer group discussions, lectures, writing assignments, coaching, experiential exercises, and leadership assessments. In addition to an enriching learning experience, once you complete the program you will be enrolled in the Leadership Academy Alumni Network, allowing you to continue your learning and expand your networking opportunities. We encourage multiple applications from your organization/setting. Selection of applicants however will be made on an individualized basis.
