2011 SS/HS Evaluation Conference
This two-day Conference brings together Project Directors and Local Evaluators from the 2007, 2008 and 2009 cohorts with Federal staff, National Evaluation Team (NET) staff, Technical Assistance Specialist staff, and the Communication Team staff. Evaluation topics that are addressed include the intersections between the national and local evaluation; the specific roles of the local evaluation from the perspective of both the local evaluator and the project director; evaluating partnerships; improving performance and evaluation reporting; developing a final evaluation report; and, successful strategies for communicating evaluation results. At this conference, Project Directors and Local Evaluators have numerous opportunities to assess and examine their current evaluation process, plan, and evaluation related products to assess whether any changes, refinements, or improvements should be made.
