National Council on Juvenile and Family Court Judges The National Conference is open to all people interested in better outcomes for children and families, including, but not limited to: judges, juvenile workers, aftercare workers, school administrators, teachers, and social workers. The National Conference addresses educational programs and topics on the challenges faced by many children and families, such as child abuse and neglect, mental health, delinquency, domestic violence, and substance abuse.
