What Works? A Study of Effective Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Programs

In this study, six ECMHC programs that demonstrated positive child, family, staff, and/or program outcomes were examined. The article discusses topics ranging from essential components of effective mental health consultation programs, to the skills and credentials of effective consultants, to how outcomes should be measured.
