This session presents a range of Federal and State programs that can be used to finance early childhood mental health, home visiting, child care consultation, and medical homes. Sustaining Project LAUNCH activities depends on having States maximize Federal and State funding streams, using blended and braided dollars, as well as having States facilitate the flexible use of dollars at the local level. Examples from prior State efforts are used to illustrate these approaches.
